How Are You? No, But Really?: A Workshop for Working Women

You spend your days pouring into others—but who’s pouring into you?

From the moment you wake up to the moment your head hits the pillow, you’re juggling a million things—leading at work, showing up at home, and constantly producing. That relentless pace? It can lead to burnout.

Shyana Frost knows this rhythm well. That’s why she’s created a space just for women like you—a room full of working women who get it.

In this encouraging evening, Shyana will break down the big concept of taking care of ourselves into tiny things you can do weekly, share four possible focus areas, and give you the space to choose one as you head into your summer with clarity and intention.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, supported, and reminded—you are not alone.

More about the speaker:

Shyana Frost is a wife, a mom to two young kids, and the COO of Learning For Living, a leadership development company. As a Culture and Leadership Coach, she is passionate about helping high-achieving leaders slow down, rediscover their joy, and focus on what truly matters.

Her journey began at Intuit®, where I led employee engagement and global giving programs. For the past 10 years, she's been helping run Learning For Living. While she thrived in that role, she also experienced firsthand how easy it is to lose balance and burn out while trying to wear all the hats. That realization shaped her mission: to help others avoid the same.

Today, Shyana (Shy to friends) designs retreats, workshops, and coaching experiences that create space for leaders to reflect, uncover their biggest areas of impact, and build lives they truly love. Shyana aims to reconnect you with your values, cultivate healthier habits, and help you leave a legacy you’re proud of—both at work and in life.

ABOUT BLUSH

Blush Cowork is the first women-focused coworking space with childcare in Cary, NC.

We wanted to create a coworking space with a few key differences. We are open to all, but want to focus on creating a safe and welcoming space for women to work, collaborate, achieve and flourish. Traditional coworking spaces are generally located in city centers or downtown areas, but we chose to focus on coming to our members and making it easy to drop in, whether it’s just you, your team, or even with children in tow. We believe that childcare should not be a luxury, and realize what a huge factor reliable, safe childcare plays in any parent’s potential to be productive or creative.
